HERMES

The agency's operating system.

The production board an AI studio runs on: every brief becomes a numbered ticket that moves right, passes QC and leaves stamped.

  • HERMES is MEWE's own production board: the ledger of where each thing is.
  • It holds status, owner and deadline for every brief, never the archive; one click drafts the client note.
  • Its one rule keeps a generative pipeline from becoming a pile of half-finished folders.
Frosted-glass tickets drifting through glowing blue column gates in a midnight-blue space

  • Each brief arrives as a numbered ticket, already structured: deliverables, language, format and references.
  • Scope is agreed and a producer assigned before anything fires; video, image and music models then run, with progress on the card.
  • A producer signs off every piece at QC. A failed piece goes back one column, not to zero.
  • On delivery the client's read-only Google Shared Drive folder updates itself: no login, no install, no status calls.

The HERMES timeline strip: a row of dated day cells across September into October, with a legend for due, blocked and done

  • HERMES is a narrow version of the review-and-delivery seat, cut for AI studios: tickets are generative runs, deliverables are folders.
  • Frame.io: a review-and-delivery board for creative teams, acquired by Adobe.
  • Notion: the category ceiling for general boards; what is left is the tool that knows what a deliverable is.

  • Live at hermes.mewemewe.com, v5.4: 22 live briefs on the board (MEWE-001 to 022), 3 read-only client keys, 1 QC gate.
  • Honest status: one studio, one instance, not multi-tenant yet; a single-file app with a PHP API and MySQL, undocumented outside the studio.
  • Built to run the studio, not to be sold, which is also why it works.

  • Package it: multi-tenant, documented and with accounts, the things that let a second studio log in.
  • Open to partner studios: agencies running generative pipelines.
